Jackson Graves!
Name» Jackson Graves
Nickname(s)» He goes by Jackson and absolutely despises his last name as people found it hilarious to make jokes about it growing up, as if he was going to be a serial killer or went to cemeteries for fun.
Date of Birth» October 31.
Place of Birth» Dauntless.
Age» 23.
Sexual Orientation» Bi-Sexual.
Faction» Jackson transferred to Amity just to shock his father. He didn't really want to go there and would have rather stayed in Dauntless, but he didn't want to be controlled by his father any longer and wanted to live his own life.
Hair Colour and Style» Blonde, somewhat short, usually styled in a fauxhawk. He always has stubble going on around his chin as he neglects shaving.
Eye Colour» Blue.
Height and Build» 5'11, somewhat built.
Distinguishing Features» Jackson has a tattoo of a black crescent moon on his chest. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, as his only explanation for it is that he has an odd obsession with the moon phases and being out at night.
Clothes» Jackson goes for a red shirt and jeans, although he much rather would be clad in all black like he was in Dauntless, but being something you're not is all part of the fun.
Mother» Katherine Graves (Amity born)
Father» Mark Graves (Dauntless born and leader)
Siblings» Monroe Graves.
Family History» Jackson comes from a family that was a little...well, not your average family. His father, Mark, grew up in a strict, cold family where the belief was stressed that everybody belonged strictly in one place. His father drilled it into his head. Mark met Katherine who had transferred to Dauntless and barely scraped by and a romance budded, leading to their first child, Jackson. Problems arose when Mark discovered Katherine was Divergent and had aptitude for Amity and Candor, along with Dauntless. She'd confided in him and he didn't know how to take it. He'd been conditioned to think it was wrong, his father always told him that those who were Divergent shouldn't be allowed to exist, that everybody belonged in one place. He threatened her, despite the fact that he loved her. Divergent was all she became to him and she fled. Mark then raised Jackson on his own and drilled the same beliefs into his son's head.
Jackson and his father aren't really on the best of terms. While they believe the same thing, Jackson doesn't want to be controlled by his father and he will not be.
Personality» Jackson plays by his own rules. He always has. The one exception is that his father pounded his beliefs into his head. He almost hates that he agrees with his father, but this is all he's ever really known. Everybody is supposed to belong in one place and that's it. He lives by this rule and almost has some weird habit for being able to 'sniff out' those who are Divergent. At least...he thinks he does. Maybe he's just paranoid that anyone around him could be.
He doesn't really care about how his decisions impact others and often does things just to get underneath others' skin as he did when he transferred to Amity. He's headstrong and seemingly careless about others as he does not express much of a love for anything but the obsession he has with the moon phases that he's had since he was young and his other, more dangerous obsession, of tracking down the Divergent and getting the satisfaction of seeing them dead.
He's cunning and a quick thinker, seeming as if he's acting on a whim most of the time. He can also be manipulative, as his charm draws people in. He finds it fun, almost like some sort of game where everything he does helps a greater cause: Keeping New Chicago in place.
He likes a good thrill and having fun more than anything, often doing things just to get a rise out of people. After being in such a strict, cold household with his father, he liked the freedom.

Roleplaying sample specific to your new character:
Jackson wandered around Amity in his red t-shirt and jeans, looking like any other Amity in the fields, laughing and chatting with friends. He'd even managed to make a few acquaintances and even several girls had swooned over him. His charm was something that gave him an advantage. It was why he was able to blend in so well. Nobody realized they were being fooled because he acted so friendly. But they didn't know that he was always watching, always trying to scope out those who were Divergent, waiting for someone to confide in him...and then he would quickly end their life. His intentions were simple, the way he went about it was just complicated.
He felt liberated, being on his own since the day of the choosing ceremony where his eyes scanned the crowd for his father before he dropped his blood on the soil. While he didn't belong in Amity, it was an escape from his father, a logical one. He could gain control of his own life and his father wouldn't be running it anymore. That was all he wanted really. The look on his father's face was all too worth it. Even if his aptitude test said he was Dauntless through and through, there was nothing wrong with choosing another faction. And he did just that, giving up his home.
But now he was a part of something bigger than a household ran by a tyrant. He was a part of the Squad and while he preferred to work alone, he dealt with the other personalities involved, simply because they had a common goal.
